Job Description - Interior Design Draughtsman

Develop detailed drafting and technical drawings for interior fit-out and renovation projects
Transform design concepts and sketches into accurate construction and working drawings
Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, ceiling layouts, and custom furniture details
Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
Review drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with designers, architects, consultants, and contractors throughout project development
Update and revise drawings according to design changes and site requirements
Prepare material schedules, furniture layouts, and technical documentation
Assist in project coordination, submissions, and drawing approvals
Conduct site visits to verify measurements and construction progress
Organize and maintain project drawings and documentation records
Provide drafting support from design development through project completion
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM-related software
Strong knowledge of drafting standards and technical documentation
Understanding of interior construction details, materials, and finishes
Excellent attention to detail and drawing accuracy
Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings
Effective communication and coordination skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Good problem-solving and spatial planning skills
