RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for concept, schematic and detailed design development including:Concept Design Proposal
  Preparation of Shop drawings for Construction
  Materials & Finishes Selection
• Conduct site visit and meet client for discussion on layout plans and design concepts.
• Responsible in generating computer generated 3D Visuals and AutoCAD technical drawings
• Responsible for the preparation and proposal of materials, mood boards for approval

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS

• Processes creativity, flair and passion for interior design
• Have a good knowledge of current design trends
• Experiences in design and build for Fit Out Projects of Offices and Commercial projects preferred.
• Minimum Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop & Sketchup.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Good understanding of material costing will be an advantage
