Interior Designer

Responsibilities for ID :

· All rounded design involvement which includes Concept Design, Space Planning, Documentation, Joinery Detailing and Coordination

· Meet up and discuss with clients regarding project scope and time schedule

· Preparation of floor plans to be presented to client and building management

· Develop design concepts and 3D modeling to convey ideas to clients

· Preparation of production detailed drawings

· Responsible for colour coordination, selection of materials / textures / images, furniture / fittings, specifications and preparation of colour / material boards for presentations.

· Able to do presentations in front of clients.

· Collaborate with clients & contractors, in order to deliver the projects smoothly

Requirements for ID :

· Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architecture, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.

· Required skill(s): AUTOCAD, 3D Studio Max, Sketchup, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop & MS Office.

· Passionate in interior design with good knowledge in selection of colours and materials.

· Pleasant personality with good integrity and strong sense of responsibilities

· Confidence in interacting with a variety of consultants, sub-consultants and suppliers
