Job Description

• Outline client design objectives by communicating with clients to understand lifestyle requirements, needs & visual direction.

• Prepare 3d, 2d and sketchup design plans.

• Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.

• Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.

• Prepare and submit progress claims and invoice billing.

• Prepare quotation for interior design projects

• Upgrades learning and maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant

• Site coordination, liaising with suppliers and workers, management skills for interior design projects

• Handles and complete projects on time

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent

• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• The candidate must be competent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop or other design programs and Microsoft Office

• The candidate has to be proficient in both "English" & "Chinese" in terms of verbal and writing to handle queries and concerns from English and Chinese speaking sub-contractors/suppliers in regards with the interior design related matters

• Excellent creative and communication skills

• Excellent time management skills

• Demonstrated ability to follow through and execute proposed designs

• Good teamwork
