INTERIOR DESIGNER

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive consistent and reliable sales revenue
• Research design concepts and prepare detailed quotations for client meetings
• Develop practical and innovative design ideas to present to clients
• Create and manage schedules to coordinate and oversee sub-contractors and suppliers     
• Supervise projects and negotiate costs effectively
• Ensure proper documentation is prepared and submitted to relevant authorities
• Provide support to the directors as needed

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Commission Based Sales / Property Industry / related field is required for this position.
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply
• Required language(s): English, Chinese (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
  Persons specialized / has qualifications in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent. (preferred)
• Attentive & keen learner
• Able to work independently & in teams
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Good Working attitude, self-motivated and hardworking
