Job Description - interior designer

Obtain client’s requirement & site survey
Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects.
To work on architectural and interior design proposals and presentations.
Prepare design concept sketches, space planning, design development, elevation and detail drawings
Monitoring design process from conception to construction administration to ensure consistency of design idea
Prepare design presentation (eg. colour scheme and material board)
Source competitive quote/materials / samples
Prepare Construction Specification / Design Documentation
Update changes and ensure distribution to respective parties
Participate in site meeting / site & defect inspection
