Interior Designer

Job Description

• Develop sales quotations based on proposed designs and follow up on sales enquiries with potential customers.
• Determine client’s goals and requirements of project, understand client’s needs to propose suitable designs.
• Present design ideas on space planning and sketch up. Prepare 3D rendering and drafting.
• Research and decide on materials, conduct product sourcing and negotiation.
• Place orders for materials and oversee the installing of design elements.
• Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors.
• Carry out all site supervision and project coordination professionally.
• Ensure smooth handover to meet customers’ move-in dates.
• Must have strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Able to work under tight schedule
