INTERIOR DESIGNER ( commercial projects experience.)

Job Summary

You will lead interior design fitting-out projects for commercial spaces including F&B, retail, and office environments, delivering design proposals and documentation while collaborating with teams and stakeholders to ensure successful construction and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Apply interior design expertise to fit-out commercial projects in F&B, retail, and office sectors to meet client requirements
• Use 3D Max, Photoshop, and AutoCAD software to create detailed design visuals and technical drawings for project proposals
• Develop space planning layouts and produce 3D perspective visualizations to support design concepts
• Prepare comprehensive design proposals including material selection to align with project goals
• Generate design documentation and construction drawings to guide site execution
• Attend site meetings to coordinate progress and resolve design-related issues during construction
• Source appropriate materials by evaluating supplier options to ensure quality and budget compliance
• Collaborate effectively with project teams, suppliers, sub-contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project delivery
• Execute additional ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project success

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin/dialects to facilitate communication with stakeholders and clients who use these languages
