Responsibilities
• Meet prospective clients and advise on space planning and design concepts • Prepare proposals and quotations based on customer requirements • Propose and present conceptual designs to customers • Undertake design projects from start to finish • Assist in material proposal and product sourcing • Coordinate and supervise projects • Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers • Schedule and coordinate renovations • Manage product deliveries and installation • Travel to renovation sites during projects • Maintain relationships with customers
Requirements
• Creative, positive attitude, and highly self-motivated • Problem-solving attitude • Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Able to work independently and in teams • Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, and Sketch-up
