INTERIOR DESIGNER ( FURNITURE)

Basic Salary range: $3000 to $4000 + Good year end bonus

Working hours: 10am- 6.30pm

Working location: Lavender

Job Description

• Work with customers to determine their preferences, needs, and budget for interior styling projects
• Provide professional advice on space planning/site measurement, design conceptualization and recommendation of the furniture and style based on customers’ interior styling concept.
• Propose and advise customers by providing information on products.
• Create design proposals, mood boards, and presentations to communicate interior styling concepts to clients.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and team members
• Diligently follow up on proposals and successfully conclude confirmations.
• Achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service to customers.
• Creating, maintaining customers’ network, and maintain high standards of brand image.
• Any other adhoc assignments

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Architectural or Interior Design or equivalent
• Excellent design skills
• Able to work under tight schedule with minimum supervision.
• A good team player, enjoy collaborative working environment
• Coordination with vendors, consultants and contractors
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Sketch Up and Auto Cad, Microsoft Office
