· Documentation Package: Assist in compiling comprehensive documentation packages, including accurate and detailed material schedules and FF&E specifications.
· Technical Precision: Pay meticulous attention to detail when documenting materials, finishes, and FF&E selections, leaving no room for ambiguity.
· Collaborative Support: Work closely with senior designers, architects, and other team members to integrate FF&E elements seamlessly into the design process.
· Material Research: Stay updated on the latest materials, finishes, and FF&E trends, and contribute innovative ideas that elevate design concepts.
· Quality Control: Review and verify FF&E specifications for accuracy, functionality, and compliance withproject requirements.
