Interior Designer - Room for Advancement

As an Interior Designer, here are some things you will be doing on a day-to-day basis: 

1. Meeting The Clients: 

• You will be meeting up with clients to understand their renovation objectives and desires;

2. Preparing Creatives & Proposals:

• You are required to conceptualize and create attractive moodboards, 3D/2D spatial plan layouts for various projects;
• You will be working around with different types of materials and putting them together as a design proposal for the clients.

3. Understanding Costing & Preparing Quotations:

• You are required to prepare quotations and ensure full onsite project completion. 
• Meeting the clients to run through quotations, and helping them understand the value of the design proposal for projects. 

4. Project Management: 

• You are required to have excellent communication skills, to communicate effectively with clients, subcons, various vendors and internal teams to exceed the clients' expectations and requirements;
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure the highest quality of onsite work deliveries
• Accompany clients to designated vendors for materials, accessories and furniture selections
