We are looking for an Interior Designer / Senior Interior Designer to be a key part of our team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team of Architects and designers to create and execute interior design concepts for a range of residential projects, in a remote setting. He/She will be responsible for developing design concepts, creating 3D renderings, selecting materials and finishes, and create detailed design specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Job Title: Interior Designer / Senior Interior Designer

Responsibilities

·       Collaborate with Architects and designers to develop interior design concepts for a range of high-end residential projects

·       Lead a team of remote designers to prepare 3D renderings and presentations to communicate design concepts to Clients and consultants

·       Lead a team of designers to prepare design drawings, tender drawings, specifications, contract drawings and working drawings for coordination with Clients, Consultants and Contractors

·       Select materials, finishes and furniture to create cohesive and functional design schemes

·       Liaise with Consultants on design and technical matters

·       Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate new ideas into design concepts

·       Work with Architect sand Contractors to ensure design is implemented on site and on time

Qualifications and Skills

·       Minimum 5 years of interior design and project experience for high-end residential projects

·       Minimum Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or Architecture

·       Experience in luxury residential houses, residential, showflat interior design projects

·       Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, VRay / Enscape

·       Able to work in a team

·       Proficient with interior design detailing and delight in crafting beautiful spaces

·       Strong English oral and written communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

·       Ability to manage projects at construction stage

·       Strong attention to detail, with the ability to create accurate and detailed design specifications
