As a key player, you'll oversee your projects from conception to completion, handling all design deliverables such as drawings, presentations, material selections, and bill of quantities (BOQ). Your talent will also extend to promoting Livspace Kitchens and Wardrobes, capitalizing on project scopes to enhance our offerings.

Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of tasks including client engagement, project briefing, cost estimation, quotation preparation, design validation, and overseeing the development and coordination of design projects from the initial concept through to the installation stage.

You will be responsible for the project up to the handover, requiring regular site visits to ensure everything is proceeding as planned. Collaborating closely with the operations team, you'll make sure that your designs are realized flawlessly, turning conceptual dreams into tangible realities.

Requirements:

• At least one year of relevant experience in interior design or a formal education in design.
• Proven track record of handling projects from start to finish, including sales, design, and execution phases.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly express thoughts and ideas.
• Preferred qualifications include:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, or other BIM software.
  • Experience in 3D modeling and rendering software, which will be considered a plus.
  • Strong skills in visualization and conceptualization.
