Interior Sales Designer Manager

1. 1. Sales & Business Development

• Lead the sales team in handling client enquiries and closing renovation projects

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Build strong relationships with high-value clients and key accounts

  
  

  2. Project & Operations Coordination

• Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers

• Ensure smooth workflow from sales handover to project completion

• Resolve client issues and escalations professionally
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years experience in Interior Sales Design / Renovation Industry

• Strong knowledge of renovation processes, materials, and costing

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Excellent communication skills in English & Mandarin (to liaise with bilingual customers)

• Able to manage multiple projects and team priorities

• Passionate about interior design and customer service
