Interior Sales Executive - Commission based salary

(Females / Single Mothers / Ex-offenders all welcome) 

Average take home range: SGD 3000 - SGD 6000 

We are seeking for highly motivated and self inspired individual to join us as a full time Interior Renovation Sales Executive. Your role will be essential in our business growth and sustainability. We are seeking for individual with a can-do attitude, good street skills and someone who wants to achieve for something greater in life.

We are a reputable and established direct renovation contractor company. Due to the overwhelming reno inquires, we are expanding and looking for like minded individual to join our growing team. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Handling of Sales Enquiries 

• All sales leads provided by company 
• Meet up and communicate with clients to understand the project requirements, designs, project timeline and budgets
• Preparation of sales quotation, explaining and following up with client
• Assist clients for their space planning & design conceptualization

Project Coordination & Site Supervision 

• Overall project planning and daily management of renovation works
• Arranging and scheduling the respective different trades involve to ensure site smooth coordination
• Coordinate with internal in-house team and external team 
• Building good rapport and providing excellent customer service to existing and new clients
• Recommending appropriate solutions, services and ideas based on clients needs, budget and requests
• Project management from conception to execution to completion

Requirements: 

• Must have previous experience in interior renovation sales with proven experience in handover of residential renovation projects (condo/hdb/landed)
• Minimum 2-3 years experience preferred 
• Candidates with N level, O level, higher NITEC, Diploma all welcome
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, sketchup and Photoshop is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Willing to go the extra mile
• Independent, energetic and presentable

• 8% to 10% commission based on project revenue! (Not your typical ID commission structure)
