Interior Site Manager

Job Description

China Construction Decoration Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Interior Site Manager to supervise and manage daily site operations for interior fit-out and renovation projects in Singapore. The candidate will be responsible for site coordination, project execution, quality control, safety compliance, and ensuring works are completed according to schedule and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out and renovation projects.
• Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues on-site.
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, designers, clients, and authorities on site coordination matters.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and site documentation.
• Manage site manpower planning, material delivery coordination, and work scheduling.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, workplace safety, and compliance with Singapore WSH regulations.
• Attend site meetings, toolbox meetings, and coordination meetings when required.
• Monitor project timeline and assist in achieving timely project completion.
• Coordinate testing, inspections, rectification works, and project handover activities.

Job Requirements

• Diploma, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Building, Construction, Interior Design, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or construction site supervision.
• Experience handling commercial, retail, residential, hospitality, or office interior projects in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing works, construction details, and site coordination processes.
• Familiar with Singapore workplace safety regulations and site management practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical details.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage subcontractors on-site.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project documentation.
• Candidates with safety certifications or site supervisory experience will have an added advantage.
• Willing to travel between project sites when required.
