Interior Stylist - Room for Advancement

The successful candidate should have a strong passion for interior design and a keen eye for details, an outgoing personality with sales experience who excels in creating beautiful and unique spaces that meet our customers’ needs.

 Responsibilities 

• Work with customers to determine their preferences, needs, and budget for interior styling projects 
• Provide professional advice on space planning/site measurement, design conceptualization and recommendation of the furniture and style based on customers’ interior styling concept.
• Propose and advise customers by providing information on products.
• Create design proposals, mood boards, and presentations to communicate interior styling concepts to clients.
• Promote and up-selling of products. 
• Ensure that the interior styling concept is executed to meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and team members 
• Diligently follow up on proposals and successfully conclude confirmations. 
• Achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service to customers.
• Creating, maintaining customers’ network, and maintain high standards of brand image. 
• Any other adhoc assignments 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 1 – 3 years of relevant working experience
• Min. O level, Diploma holder in related fields 
• Experience in furniture, interior styling or design is an advantage
• Excellent spoken and written English, proficiency in other languages is a plus. 
• A good team player, service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
• Customer-service oriented mindset, with adaptability and a willingness to learn. 
• Driven by results and a focus on sales. 
• Proficiency in AutoCad or any illustration software is an advantage 
• 5 days work week, working on weekend is required.
