Job description:
- Responsible for supporting internal controls in Finance & Accounting for APAC subsidiaries.
- Utilize internal systems for testing, walkthroughs, and policy updates.
- Participate in subsidiary core control testing and identify findings.
- Develop and document controls.
- Improve controls by identifying risks, implementing automation, and performing ad hoc reviews.
- Run detective and preventive controls in Finance & Accounting areas for group compliance.
- Ensure compliance with Group's key control principles, focusing on financial processes, operations, IT, and business.
- Contribute to facilitating, teaching, reviewing, and driving control processes to ensure proper design, documentation, and maintenance.
