Internal Sales Executive (Junior/Senior position)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Supporting the Sales team to manage the existing customers and developing a strong B2B relationship.
• Provide sales support to customers on application and hydraulic product solutions on all the company’s products. 
• Prepare monthly sales review to the Sales Manager.
• Work with internal service departments, to ensure a superior customer service.
• Act as an ambassador and role model for our Company & Brand. 
• Assist in achieving sales revenue, profitability and sales growth targets. 
• To assist and provide the Supply Chain department in accurate forecasting for orders/stocks.
• To proactively manage clients & follow-up to ensure timely delivery of goods and services has been provided.
• To support customers on Quality Claim management issues.

Applicants must have the following skills & attributes

• 1 – 2 years of experience in industrial / engineering sales (If from within the hydraulic industry is a bonus).
• Simple technical/mechanical knowledge.
• Strong (bilingual English & Mandarin) communication skills are essential to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking counterparts, clients. 
• Dynamic, resourceful & result oriented.
• Good team player with integrity, interpersonal, organization and time management skills.
• Good in writing, documentation, coordination and analytical skills, 
• Constantly striving to offer the highest levels of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and some basic experience in working within an ERP system (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, with awareness of deadlines.
