International Commodity Trading Assistant

Job Responsibilities

•Mainly assit general manager deal with his business and daily affairs;
•Participate in meetings with customers and help translate;
•Cooperate to make offers and implement contracts, and be responsible for the review and signing trade contracts;
•Actively cooperate with purchasing, sales and finance departments internally to ensure the smooth execution of business;
•Good external customer maintenance, and actively coordinate, negotiate and solve various problems and contradictions in business implementation；
•Coordinate shipping affairs, track ship dynamics and the whole process of loading and unloading;
•All kinds of documents business data sorting and maintenance, document archives establishment；
•Other related work assigned by superiors.

Requirements & Skills

•College degree or above, major in international trade or business English;
•Work experience in related fields of trade documents, single operation work experience is preferred;
•Familiar with the operation process of foreign trade documents, familiar with letters of credit and related knowledge;
•Good English and Chinese ability and computer skills;
•With team spirit, good communication, negotiation skills, strong sense of responsibility.
•Foreign trade work experience, able to independently review business contracts, handle the issuing of certificates, certification, documentation, etc;
•Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
