Responsibilities
- Provide support to International Sales team in the preparation of group quotation, event order, and handling of operational requests and other administrative duties assigned.
- Handle all enquiries from travel/business partners.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with travel/business partners.
- Handle invoicing and billing for outstanding payments from travel/business partners.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Work closely with all relevant stakeholders to ensure business effectiveness.
- Represent Resorts World Cruises in relevant roadshows and other sales events.
- Conduct ship tours and host familiarization cruises & Fly Cruise trips.
- Ensure work processes are in compliance with audit requirements.
- Any other duties assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum O Level.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales.
- Self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision.
- Proactive, result oriented, with can-do attitude and capacity to think out of the box.
- Good organization skill and meticulous paying attention to details, and able to perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Words, PowerPoint
