International Tax - Multi-hire

We are seeking an experienced tax professional to join our growing Tax Advisory practice. This leadership role offers the opportunity to drive client engagements, develop the team's capabilities, and contribute to the firm's continued growth and market presence. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality tax solutions while helping businesses navigate complex tax matters across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of tax advisory engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Provide technical guidance on Singapore tax matters, including corporate tax, tax structuring, transactions, and complex advisory assignments.
• Review advisory deliverables and oversee engagement quality, ensuring compliance with professional standards and internal policies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, developing long-term relationships and understanding their evolving business needs.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and support business development initiatives across the practice.
• Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching, technical training, and career mentorship.
• Represent the firm externally through industry events, professional networks, thought leadership initiatives, and client seminars.
• Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic growth initiatives and strengthen the firm's advisory capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Taxation, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience gained within a tax advisory, accounting, or professional services environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of Singapore corporate tax and tax advisory matters.
• Exposure to international taxation, transfer pricing, or cross-border advisory work would be advantageous.
• Track record of managing client engagements and delivering practical tax solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and senior business leaders.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop and mentor teams.
• Professional tax qualifications (e.g. SCTP accreditation) will be viewed favorably.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in contributing to the growth and development of the practice
