Job Description - International Trade & Pricing Executive
Job scope/description:
The International Trade & Pricing Executive supports comapnyâs international trade activities, with a focus on pricing preparation, IOR/EOR operations, documentation handling, and partner coordination. The role works closely with overseas agents, service partners, and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing is provided to customers and shipments are processed in accordance with trade and compliance requirements.
This position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with partners on operational and pricing-related matters.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or trade operations.
Familiarity with IOR/EOR processes and international trade regulations is a plus.
Comfortable handling pricing discussions and negotiations with overseas partners.
Knowledge of APAC trade regulations is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication / interpersonal skills and detail oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
