YOUR ROLE 

Key Responsibilities:

AMK District cooling plant Startup and Commissioning

• Startup and Commissioning:
  
  
  
  • Jointly oversee the startup and commissioning of HVAC systems, including chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and distribution networks.
  
  
  • Develop and execute commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
  
  
  • Conduct system performance tests and verify that all equipment operates within specified parameters.
  
  


• Quality Assurance:
  
  
  
  • Ensure that all HVAC installations comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  
  
  • Perform inspections and audits to identify and rectify any installation or operational issues.
  
  
  • Maintain detailed records of commissioning activities, test results, and system performance.
  
  


• Collaboration and Communication:
  
  
  
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  
  
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the project team and contractors.
  
  
  • Prepare and present reports on commissioning progress and system performance.
  
  


• Involvement in Troubleshooting and Optimization:
  
  
  
  • Identify and resolve any issues or deficiencies in HVAC systems during the commissioning process.
  
  
  • Optimize system performance to achieve maximum efficiency and reliability.
  
  
  • Implement corrective actions and improvements as needed.
  
  

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Working experience at least 1-3 years on the same field

• Degree in Mechanical/Electronic engineering or equivalent.

• Responsible and excellent team work player with good interpretation and communication skill

• Hands-on experience in day to day operation and maintenance essential.

• Good planning, supervisory and leadership skills

• Computer Literacy (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, MS)
