Job Description - Interview Coordinator - Urgent Hire

1-year Fixed Term Contract

Work location: Ang Mo Kio

5-day work week (hybrid)

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner and support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team in the coordination and scheduling of interviews. 
  • Update and notify Interviewers and TA Partners on issues pertaining to interview, raised by jobseeker, if any.
  • Ensure both on-site and virtual interviews run smoothly, e.g. rooms are booked, calendar invite sent, teams link sent etc.
  • Submit details of candidates for security clearance and escort candidates for onsite interviews. 
  • Perform pre-employment screening for selected candidates.
  • Maintain and update database to ensure records are updated and accurate.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties, if necessary.

 

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in coordinator or business admin role will be advantageous.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently, shows proactiveness with good initiative.
  • Details oriented and organized.
  • Proficient in MS Office suites.
