Inventory Controller - BK

• Salary Package: Basic $2,500- $3,000 + AWS + VB + Annual Increment
• Working Days & Hours: 5 Days Work Week - 8am to 530pm
• Working Location: Jurong East - Company Transport Provided at MRT

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle phone calls and email correspondence for parts inquiries and prepare quotations and shipment arrangements.
• Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and case marks; monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with warehouse personnel.
• Request quotations and process purchase orders with suppliers.
• Coordinate with daily operations, perform administrative duties, and conduct periodic inventory stock taking, including other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics / Shipping or relevant discipline with 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Attention to detail and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
