Inventory Coordinator

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Inventory Coordinator:

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily inventory transactions and movement within the warehouse.
• Receive goods from bagging terminals and ensure accurate inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate with bagging terminals to resolve quantity discrepancies.
  
• Record production write-ons and update stock balances in SAP.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement records in Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Prepare and submit daily inventory reports.
• Track, reconcile, and manage Flag forms used for recording customer-related activities.
• Record manpower and resource allocation tied to Flag form usage.
• Coordinate with supervisors for manpower planning and resource deployment.
• Follow up with internal teams and customers for form closure and responses.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports related to inventory and resource usage.
• Support ad hoc logistics or warehouse-related activities as required.
• Participate actively in annual stock takes and month-end closing processes.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'A' Level or higher qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in inventory or warehouse coordination.
• Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy in recordkeeping.
• Ability to work independently on routine tasks with minimal supervision.
• Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills across teams.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP/WMS systems is an advantage.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 2,500 + AWS + VB (1 - 1.5 Months)
• Working Location: Jurong Island
• Shift Hours: Day Shift - 8am to 8pm | Night Shift - 8pm to 8am
• Company Transport is provided.
