Inventory Manager

About the role
As an Inventory Manager at Toll Logistics (Asia) Limited, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient management of the company's inventory and warehousing operations within the Pioneer (Toll City). Reporting directly to the Vice President-Retail & Consumer/Automotive & Industrial, this full-time position will see you responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, tracking inventory data, and ensuring seamless logistics and distribution processes.

The Opportunity 

• Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods
• Monitor and analyse inventory data to identify trends, optimise stock levels, and minimise waste and losses
• Develop and implement inventory control strategies to improve efficiency and meet customer demands
• Liaise with the logistics team to coordinate timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Ensure all warehousing activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new systems or technologies as required

To be Successful, you'll need

• Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role in the warehousing, storage, and distribution industry
• Excellent understanding of inventory management principles, including forecasting, stock control, and performance reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Proficient in the use of inventory management software and warehouse management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the logistics industry
