Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

Due Diligence & Investment Evaluation: Perform in-depth market, industry, and company research; create valuation and financial models; and prepare investment papers outlining risks, findings, and recommendations.
Execution & Structuring: Review transaction documentation and collaborate with legal, tax, and compliance teams to ensure appropriate deal structure.
Portfolio Oversight & Reporting: Maintain portfolio dashboards tracking metrics such as NAV, IRR, and cash flows; develop regular performance updates and forward-looking insights.
Stakeholder & Client Coordination: Support partners during client discussions and help ensure alignment across tax, legal, governance, and investment considerations.
Risk & Compliance Management: Apply robust risk management practices, monitor liquidity and concentration risks, and ensure processes meet documentation and audit standards.

The Successful Applicant

Experience & Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in a family office, private banking, asset management, private equity, or investment banking environment.
Strong analytical capability with solid financial modelling skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience preparing investment memos.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields; CFA or MBA is an advantage.
