We’re looking for an Operations Individual who thrives on questioning the status quo, solving complex problems, and building scalable processes.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the full trade lifecycle – from booking to reconciliations and exceptions
• Oversee OTC platforms (MarkitWire, ICELink, Orchestrade) and ensure smooth trade flow
• Partner with portfolio managers and traders on ad hoc requests
• Identify root causes, streamline workflows, and help shape new product capabilities
