Investment Professional

We are currently partnering with a Venture Capital Firm in Singapore and they are looking for an Investment Professional to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze global market trends, identify attractive opportunities, and build strong founder and co‑investor networks to generate differentiated deal flow.
• Lead the full transaction process, including commercial assessment, detailed due diligence, risk-return analysis, structuring, and term negotiations.
• Prepare investment materials and present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
• Monitor portfolio company performance, evaluate strategic initiatives, and support value‑creation efforts such as management assessment, business development, and brand positioning to enhance long‑term returns.
• Contribute to broader strategic initiatives and internal processes alongside senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years of sector‑relevant experience, with a demonstrated ability to independently lead deals from origination through completion.
• Experienced in technology domains, including Fintech, AI and cybersecurity).
• Advanced finance qualifications (MBA, CFA, etc.) are strongly preferred.
