Investment Structuring & Capital Raising

Key Responsibilities

1. Structure and package approved investment opportunities for external capital providers.
2. Develop and execute capital raising strategies across equity, debt, private placements and other financing solutions.
3. Lead engagement with banks, institutional investors, family offices and other funding partners to secure financing.
4. Prepare investment materials and financial models to support fundraising and investor discussions.
5. Coordinate financing workstreams with business units and internal stakeholders to drive successful capital raising.
6. Design financing structures that support strategic investments, acquisitions and new business initiatives.

Requirements

1. Degree in Finance, Business or a related discipline.
2. Min 10-15 years of proven experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Structured Finance, Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Private Equity or related fields.
3. Strong track record in capital raising, investment structuring and financing execution.
4. Experience engaging institutional investors, lenders and funding partners.
5. Strong financial modelling, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
6. Commercially minded with excellent relationship management and communication capabilities
