IR Director

About the role

Gain an in-depth understanding of the company's development strategy, business operations, and industry trends, and continuously refine the company's capital market narrative and investment story. Plan, organize, and effectively execute investor relations activities with various investors and sell-side analysts, positively communicating the company's investment value and ensuring efficient capital market communication.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain company and business line financial models, presentation materials, and investor relations databases, including regular updates of investor contact information and engagement records

• Participate in information disclosure and coordinate with relevant internal departments in the preparation and execution of annual reports, interim reports, quarterly reports, and related filings

• Participate in corporate capital market projects, supporting management in project execution, while coordinating external advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation

• Monitor the secondary market, peer companies, and shareholder structure changes; regularly prepare industry analysis reports, capital market analysis reports, and shareholder analysis reports

• Track the company's stock price and trading activities, and provide timely feedback and recommendations to management

• Coordinate and participate in the preparation of internal reporting materials and presentations related to the function

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Law, English, or related fields

• MBA or CFA/CPA qualification is preferred

• Minimum 5 years of experience in capital markets, audit, investment banking (IBD), equity research, or primary/secondary market investments, including at least 2 years of investor relations experience

• Experience with a NASDAQ-listed company is preferred

• Familiar with U.S. capital market regulations and practices, with a good understanding of investor psychology and market expectations

• Strong communication and coordination skills with various stakeholders; experience engaging with retail investors is preferred

• Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to clearly articulate the company's strategy and performance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond quickly to market developments and investor concerns

• Team-oriented, with the ability to work closely with internal departments to drive investor relations initiatives effectively

• Long-term based in Singapore is required
