Job Description - IT Analyst Programmer (Datawarehouse, PL/SQL, MySQL)

The IT Analyst Programmer is the technical expert of the IT application in Datawarehouse & ERP solutions and has a very good view on the functional and business processes. He/she has a key role in performing the application maintenance, develop new features and collaborate with the support team to ensure 24/7 service.

Responsibilities:

Maintain current system: develop new features, bugs fixing, code refactoring and performance optimization, data analytics

Ensure robustness of application, with 24/7 application availability

Interact regularly with various customer/business users, gather user requirements, to investigate, analyze and provide solution for enhancements

Interact with Business Analyst, Technical and Support team

Define Use Case and tests plans, execute Integration Test and coordinate UAT with users

Provide training to end-users for the available features or new solutions

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science/Computer Engineering /Information Technology

At least 4-8 years working experiences in software development

Experience in Linux and Windows environment

Experience in PL/SQL, MySQL/MariaDB, Oracle, JAVA, PHP, TWS Scheduler, JIT Scheduler, Cron Scheduler, FileZilla, SFTP, Windows and Linux Shell Scripting,

Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and in-house application

Flexibility to support on weekend, in case of major incidents

Hands-on knowledge on Big Data concepts and Data analytics would be an added advantage

Proactivity, autonomy, creativity and personal development.
