Summary:

Basic Salary up to $4000
5 days, office hours
Location : Central
MNC, Great Career Progression

Responsibilities:

Handling day to day Level 1 support to local and remote users
Coordinating closely with Level 2/ 3 support team
Resolve and track IT service request with the ticketing system
Performing deployment/ troubleshooting on PC/ Laptop/ Copier/ Printer and and other devices
Perform desktop software upgrade and printer installation

Requirements:

Experienced in IT Helpdesk duties
Proficient in handling MS365
