Job Responsibilities
- Gather and document new business requirements from management or key stakeholders.
- Ability to identify gaps in business processes and propose IT initiatives to close these business gaps.
- Analyse and translate business requirement into technical specifications.
- Source out vendors and evaluate solutions that meet business requirements.
- Manage IT vendors.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and vendor and follow through end- to- end project implementation.
- Provide end user guidance and support.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Requirement
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline with experience in IT vendor management and software project implementation.
- Self-driven, result-centric individual with ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Individuals with strong communication and analytical skills.
- Co-operative attitude and ability to be a good team player.
- Past working experience at working/managing outsourced IT projects
