IT Business Analyst (Pharmaceutical Industry)

About our client: Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical company.

About the role:

• Engage with business users and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
• Gather, analyse, and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support system integration projects, solution design discussions, and vendor collaboration.
• Develop project documentation including URS, requirement traceability matrix, functional specifications, and test scenarios.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and validation.
• Collaborate with global and local technology teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Support project activities such as impact assessments, fit-gap analysis, and data governance planning.

About you:

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, systems implementation, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and IT project delivery.
• Experience working with system integration platforms such as HighByte, HiveMQ, Cognite, Aveva PI System, or InfluxDB is preferred.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

• Contract Duration: 3 years
• Work Schedule: 5 days per week
