Adecco is partnering with a Global Leader in renewable energy solutions. They are looking for an IT Business Partner (CRM Salesforce) to join the team in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Possess extensive consulting expertise in sales & marketing operations, adept at assisting users in identifying core business requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the sales & marketing team and IT, translating business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
• Lead the implementation and enhancement of CRM Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet the procurement team's needs and objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize sales & marketing processes through technology and automation, leveraging Salesforce and other solutions capabilities.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
• At least 8 years of experience in advising Sales & Marketing and IT team on CRM Solutions, specifically in Salesforce.
• Experienced in B2B business, with strong business acumen.
• Knowledgeable about compliance and legal risks inherent in Singapore's trade marketing landscape.
• Skilled in utilizing CRM product solutions like Salesforce for effective customer relationship management.
• Well-versed in the nuances of the equipment manufacturing industry.
