IT Consultant (junior-level; eWorkplace)

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with end-users, project managers, and technical team, to document requirements for the workflow application, including gathering information about business processes, user workflows, and system integration points.
• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and efficiency gains through the implementation of the regional workflow solution.
• Work closely with technical teams to design and document the workflow application's functional specifications.
• Ensure Processes and Solutions design meet compliance & security requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize both system and work processes.
• Evaluate and identify suitable technology for workflow solution, and Custom Web and mobile Applications.
• Assist in the development of user training materials, and conduct user training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient in utilizing the workflow application.
• Support solution development and integration across the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Drive for team’s research and develop technical prototypes for new product features, and identify system improvement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in Workflow-based application.
• Participated in 3-4 end-to-end solution implementations/rollouts is preferable.
• Experience in delivering consulting engagements, managing customer expectations, and a command of the collaboration technologies and other components that make up ServiceNow/SharePoint collaboration product family.
• Deep technical knowledge.
• Good communication skills and organizational agility to guide customers through projects
• Good knowledge in ServiceNow platform; Java, Microservices, REST APIs.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as AzureDevOps will be advantaged.
• Self-motivated in learning new concepts.
• Willing to share knowledge and skills with other team members.
• Outspoken and passionate about delivering well designed solutions that exceed business objectives and drive business success.
