Roles & Responsibilities

1. Customer IT Support/Issue tracking.
2. Internal process IT support/Issue tracking.
3. Coordinate services between external vendors and internal users.
4. Coordinate IT procurement and hardware deliveries and issuance.
5. Coordinate communications between technology vendors and internal users.
6. Assist in Information Security Audit documentation and requirements.
7. Coordinate internal users IT and ISMS training needs.

Required skills and experiences.

Minimum 2yrs

Diploma in IT or related field

Skills : Highly organized, strong communicator, able to write technical documentation, technically proficient in managing IT hardware and software.
