Job Scope:

• Provide end user support for desktop computers, notebooks, printers, applications, basic networking, etc
• Deployment, configuration & troubleshooting on end user issues
• Evaluate existing end user computing resources
• Work with IT infrastructure team and external vendors to resolve user issue
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades of end user computing resources
• Update Desktop Support operations & service desk documentation
• Supervise and monitor staff performance
• Periodic review of the Desktop Support operations and report any gaps and issues
• Ensure procedures, processes and service level are being followed for any service delivery and operations
• Manage and administer the service desk operations including coordination routing of service or change request
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma in IT or equivalent
• Possess minimum 3 years of Desktop / IT support experience
• Proficient with desktop operation systems, O365, MS office, Outlook, desktop, notebook hardware & software
• Proficient in Microsoft's Modern Workplace and Cloud Platform typically involves a range of responsibilities centred around the deployment, management, and optimization of Microsoft 365 & Office 365.
• Experience in supporting desktop migration such as Active Directory and Exchange Migration
• Familiar with Service Desk operations, incident, service request and change management process
• Prior experience with ServiceNow ticketing system is advantageous
• Good interpersonal & communications skill
• Resourceful, analytical and good problem-solving skill
