IT Desktop Support (up to $3.9k, 1 year contract, Govt-linked) - Hiring Immediately

Location: Islandwide (Project manager will try their best to give project site nearest to you)
Duration: 1 year (extendable)
Working hours: Mon - Fri Office hours
Salary: $2500 - $4000 (Depending on experience)

• 1 Year Exp – up to $2,500 
• 2 Years Exp – up to $2,700 
• 3 Years Exp – up to $2,900 
• 4 Years Exp – up to $3,200
• 5 Years or more  Exp – $3,400 

Job Scope  

• Provide timely and effective resolution of desktop support requests and incidents.
• Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems. 
• Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
• Serve as the point of contact for escalated technical issues and complex problem resolution.
• Maintain desktop SOPs and documentation.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment of desktop support services with overall IT strategies and initiatives.
• Adhere to Service Level Agreement 
• Provide L1 to L2 Desktop Support to end users

Requirement

• Minimally Nitec in Information Technology or similar fields 
• Must be CompTia A+ Certified or be certified within the 1st 6 months of work
