IT Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical escalation point to support global IT infrastructure and collaborate with external vendors and partners.

• Contribute to major initiatives, such as network upgrades and cloud migration projects.

• Ensure system performance remains optimal, including coordination with third-party service providers.

• Monitor and maintain the security, reliability, and performance of core systems and backup environments.

• Assist in compliance reporting and remediation efforts.

• Work with architecture and security teams to provide feedback on infrastructure solutions.

• Help plan and execute infrastructure enhancements within a collaborative team.

• Cooperate with vendors and outsourcing teams to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements:

• Solid experience with cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

• Proficient in Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS, Active Directory (hybrid), Exchange, Office, scripting, and device management tools like Intune and SCCM.

• Capable of designing and deploying secure, scalable, and highly available cloud-based solutions.

• Skilled at diagnosing and resolving issues related to cloud platforms and IT infrastructure.

• Experience supporting IT projects such as migrations, upgrades, and system maintenance.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Familiarity with ITIL practices or certification is a plus.
