IT Executive

Reporting to the Director (Operations), you will be a sole contributor in the IT department.

You will also be an IT specialist to your stakeholders and provide timely and relevant advice pertaining to IT matters

Job Description

• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeeping of essential IT operations, including operation systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software and hardware
• Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organisation to develop cost-saving solutions for IT needs
• Work closely with external vendor to develop facilities management procurement and digitalisation platforms and frameworks to automate business and technology processes
• Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels and make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
• Provide strong IT support and IT user set-up within the company
• Any other duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
• At least 3 years of working experience in IT operations
• Experience with MS Teams management and rolling out IT infrastructures for facilities management will be advantageous
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems and phone systems
• Possess excellent communication, project management and stakeholder management skills
• Good team player, proactive and detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
