Basic Level 1 Support: Training and Orientation will be provided
• Carry out regular monitoring tasks and address simple issues in line with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Follow the necessary escalation procedures when required
• Monitor and handle all incidents until resolution within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Requirements:
· Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related studies
· Open to candidates without relevant experience
