Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Support VP to steer IT support in our IT department in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily IT operations, developing policies to ensure system security and reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs. Key duties include overseeing hardware and software solutions, managing budgets, providing leadership to the IT team, and staying abreast of industry trends to recommend technological advancements.

• Manage daily IT operations including hardware/software maintenance, user support, and project execution 
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices for security and stability 
• Collaborate with different departments to identify and fulfill IT-related business needs 
• Oversee selection, deployment, and maintenance of IT solutions 
• Manage IT budget and resources efficiently and cost-effectively 
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to foster a positive work environment 
• Keep updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance IT capabilities.

​​Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in roles such as IT Manager, Systems Administrator, or Infrastructure Engineer, preferably within the Financial Industry 
• Strong expertise in managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, end-user computing, and software applications 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to resolve complex IT issues 
• Experience in developing and enforcing IT security policies aligned with Singapore Government Instruction Manual and industry standards 
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills in managing IT teams 
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and successful delivery of IT projects 
• Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin
