Responsible for strategic direction, planning, implementation, running of company's information system function.
Responsible for the integrity, uninterrupted availability and security of the company's whole IT infrastructure and applications and outsourced services in support of the company's operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day to day overall operations of the IT department in providing system administration, helpdesk, technical support, messaging, security, backup and communication system.
- Account for the positive outcome of the implementation of new IT projects.
- Identify and implement improvements and upgrades to the IT infrastructure, security and business solutions and application.
- Manage the development, revision and implementation of IT policies, guidelines, standards and procedures.
- Monitor entire IT systems and applications and ensure good performance standards.
- Report to the management on the performance of the IT infrastructure and operations, including system outages, security issues and performance of outsourced services.
- Ensure good IT governance and IT management in accordance to the company's internal policies and procedures.
- Lead and implement training programs for company's staff on work related IT productivity applications/software usage.
- Expert in managing Microsoft 365 Dynamic Business Central system is a must.
