IT Manager International School (Singapore)

Our client is a leading international school seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and enhance its technology infrastructure, digital platforms, and information systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the school's IT operations, including network infrastructure, servers, systems, applications, and end-user support.
2. Develop and execute digital transformation initiatives aligned with the school's strategic objectives.
3. Manage IT projects, system implementations, upgrades, vendor relationships, and change management activities.
4. Ensure optimal performance, security, reliability, and integration of all technology platforms.
5. Partner with academic and operational stakeholders to support teaching, learning, administration, and student services.
6. Establish governance around system access, data integrity, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements.
7. Lead and develop the IT support team, driving service excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

1. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
2. 8+ years of IT experience, including leadership of infrastructure, applications, and support functions.
3. Strong knowledge of network administration, systems management, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications.
4. Proven experience managing technology projects, vendors, and stakeholder engagement.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across both technical and non-technical teams.
6. Experience within education, international schools, or highly service-oriented environments will be advantageous.
