IT Project Co -ordinator (Up to $2K/ 7 Months Contract/ Immediate)

    Assist in co-ordination, logistic and administrative related matter in IT project management
  
  
  
  
  
    (eg Purchases, etc)     
  
  


• 
  
  
    Monitor, track and review IT projects migration, update on key projects progress and milestone and submit
  
  
  
  
  
    regular reports to IT project manager 
  
  


•   Compile project reports regularly including updating of client devices asset records           
  


• 
  
  
    Assist IT project managers to create documentation/presentation desk for meeting, set up meeting, minutes
  
  
  
  
  
    taking and follow up on updates from stakeholders
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC or equivalent with at least 1 year experience in IT projects, operations/implementations/support work. 
  


• Proficiency in MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint is a MUST
